1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Group Watch Pro ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Group Watch Pro is a Discord bot that provides music streaming and synchronized community watching experiences. The Service includes premium features available through various subscription plans or one-time purchases.

3. User Accounts

To use Group Watch Pro, you must have a valid Discord account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Group Watch Pro offers various subscription plans including Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Lifetime, and Rebrand plans. All payments are processed securely through Paylix. By purchasing a subscription or one-time purchase, you agree to the pricing and billing terms.

• All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• One-time purchases (Lifetime, Rebrand) provide permanent access
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

5. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a plan, you receive a license to use Group Watch Pro in accordance with your plan type. This license is non-transferable and applies only to the Discord server(s) specified in your purchase.

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly plans: Single server license
• Lifetime plan: Multiple server license, permanent access
• Rebrand plan: Custom branding license with white-label rights
• License codes are unique and may not be shared or resold

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Group Watch Pro for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing license codes
• Using the Service to violate Discord's Terms of Service
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the bot's source code
• Using the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal content
• Circumventing payment or attempting to access premium features without payment

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Group Watch Pro is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also add new features or remove existing features. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Group Watch Pro, including but not limited to the bot code, design, logos, and documentation, are owned by Group Watch Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Rebrand plan purchasers receive a license to use custom branding but do not acquire ownership of the underlying bot software.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Group Watch Pro immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Group Watch Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where Group Watch Pro operates.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
