Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Group Watch Pro offers refunds only under specific circumstances. We do not allow refunds unless both of the following conditions are met:
The license code has not been redeemed
The activation code provided after purchase must remain unused and unredeemed.
Less than 3 days have passed since purchase
The refund request must be submitted within 72 hours (3 days) of the original purchase date.
Important: Both conditions must be met simultaneously. If your code has been redeemed, or if more than 3 days have passed since your purchase, a refund cannot be processed.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- License code has been redeemed or activated
- More than 3 days (72 hours) have passed since purchase
- Change of mind after using the service
- Purchase made in error (please contact support immediately if this occurs)
- Technical issues that were resolved or could be resolved through support
- Violation of Terms of Service leading to account suspension
- Lifetime or Rebrand plan purchases (these are one-time purchases with permanent access)
3. How to Request a Refund
If you meet both refund eligibility criteria, follow these steps:
- Do not redeem your license code - If you've already redeemed it, you're not eligible for a refund
- Contact us immediately - Reach out through our Discord support server or contact channels
- Provide proof of purchase - Include your transaction ID, purchase date, and email used
- Confirm code status - We will verify that your license code has not been redeemed
- Wait for processing - Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
Refund requests must be submitted in writing. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify your purchase and eligibility.
4. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
- Once refunded, your license code will be deactivated and cannot be used
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
Please note that payment processors (such as Paylix) may have their own refund processing times that are beyond our control.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently ban your account and any associated Discord servers from using Group Watch Pro.
We encourage you to contact us first if you have any issues with your purchase. We're committed to resolving problems through our support channels.
6. Service Issues and Support
If you experience technical issues or problems with Group Watch Pro, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. Many issues can be resolved quickly, and we're here to help.
If the service is experiencing downtime or critical issues, we will work to resolve them promptly. Refunds are not automatically issued for temporary service interruptions, but we will address any concerns on a case-by-case basis.
7. Subscription Cancellations
For recurring subscription plans (Daily, Weekly, Monthly):
- You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
- Cancellation does not refund already paid subscription periods
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- Once cancelled, your premium access will end when the period expires
8. Special Cases
In rare circumstances, we may consider refunds outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis. Such cases may include:
- Duplicate charges or billing errors on our part
- Fraudulent transactions
- Technical issues preventing activation that cannot be resolved
All special case requests must be submitted through our support channels and will be reviewed individually.
